Residential Community

All our holiday homes are located in family-oriented residential communities.
Guests and their visitors must behave respectfully, reflecting the family-friendly environment.
Guests must respect residential facilities, property security, and the peace of neighbors.
Inappropriate or uncivil behavior is not tolerated.
Conducting illegal or commercial activities within the property during the stay is strictly prohibited.

Guests and Visitors

All guests and visitors must be registered with DubaiasHome at least 24 hours before arrival by providing valid identification.
Both guests and visitors must comply with the House Rules and community regulations set by security services.
Children under 14 years of age must be supervised in all recreational areas.
Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors and must ensure they comply with these House Rules.
The maximum number of visitors allowed is one adult and one child under 14 per bedroom, with a maximum of six visitors unless approved by the residential community management and DubaiasHome.
Visitors are allowed on the property between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Visitors may not remain on the premises between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
Visitors’ access to community facilities such as pools, gyms, or spas may be restricted according to community rules.

Additional Responsibilities

Guests acknowledge that all properties are located in residential buildings or communities.
The use of facilities such as spas, pools, or gyms is limited to designated areas and at the guests’ own risk.
Guests must inspect the property at check-in to ensure all furnishings and equipment are complete and functional; any issues must be reported within 24 hours.
Children must be accompanied in all areas, including pools, gyms, beaches, balconies, terraces, gardens, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Guests are fully responsible for their safety.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; DubaiasHome is not liable for lost or forgotten items.

Noise and Neighbor Disturbances

Guests must not create noise that disturbs neighbors, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Accessing or using neighbors’ properties, including gardens, pools, or personal items, is strictly prohibited.
Any disputes or complaints from neighbors must be communicated to DubaiasHome as soon as possible.
Guests and visitors must avoid antisocial behavior and minimize their impact on the local community.

Gatherings or Events

All types of parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Use of Community Facilities

Use of pools and spas is only allowed during the hours established by community management or DubaiasHome.
Glass items are prohibited in pool areas.
Guests and visitors must take all reasonable safety measures regarding pool and spa use, particularly concerning risks to children.

Parking

Guests must use only designated parking areas.
Parking in reserved areas or blocking access to other properties is strictly prohibited.

Safety and Security

Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
Do not leave valuables in plain sight.
In case of emergencies, contact DubaiasHome and the appropriate authorities immediately.

Waste and Disposal

Guests must dispose of waste in designated bins and follow the community’s recycling rules.
Leaving waste in common areas or outside the property is prohibited.

Pets

Pets are allowed only with prior written authorization from DubaiasHome.
Guests are responsible for their pets' behavior and cleanliness.
Leaving pets unattended on the property is not allowed.
