Cancellation Procedure:

To cancel a reservation made through our website, in person, by phone, or via our partner channels, you must send a written cancellation notice via email as follows:

Send a written notice from your registered email address (if available) to: bookings@dubaiashome.com
Provide clear instructions to request the cancellation of the reservation.

Reservations via Travel Agencies:

For reservations made through travel agencies such as Booking.com or Airbnb.com, cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively through the respective partner channel.

General Cancellation and Refund Rules:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Guest and the Operator, the following general conditions apply:

Cancellation within 24 Hours of Booking: A full refund can be requested within 24 hours of booking, provided that the check-in date is at least 30 days after the booking date.

Cancellations after 24 Hours of Booking: Cancellations made after 24 hours from the booking time are not eligible for a refund.

Important Note:

The Operator reserves the right to retain the security deposit, down payment, booking fee, or rental amount in case of cancellation to cover the charges as outlined above.
